I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
No, once we determine location with our clients we then add travel costs
II. Can clients receive RAW files from Surreal Vizuals?
We won’t be able to provide Raw files, as there are a lot of Storage and difficulties to transfer and share. Our photos represent our business and our services Surreal Vizuals provides! And part of those services are our creative editing styles.
III. How many Hours you provide for a wedding package?
We provide a full 8.hr coverage with our Package 3. This has the best that we can offer our clients. And comes with some goodies!
IV. How long does it take to receive the photos after the Wedding and how will those be delivered?
For Wedding Photos Delivery is 3-4 weeks turnaround Guaranteed. With Your very own app to easily share and download photos to your Devices. Also, comes with a gallery for downloads and sharing to friends and family. This is only an option for "Package 3"
